Where do you ship? We offer shipping within the United Kingdom with specific regional restrictions:

  • Covered Regions: We deliver directly to England and Wales.
  • Excluded Regions: We currently do not cover or deliver to many parts of Scotland and Ireland. If you are located in Scotland or Ireland, please contact us at hello@amrisliving.com before ordering to check availability.

How long does delivery take? Delivery times depend on the type of furniture you order:

  • Made-to-Order Sofas: Crafted specifically for you. Manufacturing and delivery take 6 to 8 weeks.
  • Stock Sofa Beds: Ready-made items are typically delivered within 1 to 10 working days.

How long does order processing take? For in-stock items, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. For made-to-order items, production begins immediately after order confirmation.

What are your shipping costs? We offer Free Standard Delivery on all furniture orders, but this is strictly applicable only to eligible deliveries within England and Wales. No minimum spend required.

Which payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), and PayPal.

Can I track my order? Yes. For stock items, you will receive a tracking number via email. For made-to-order sofas, our customer support team will provide regular email updates regarding your production status and delivery booking.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Made-to-Order/Custom Items: You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations are strictly not allowed.
  • Stock Items: Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch.

What is your return policy?

  • Made-to-Order Sofas: Because these items are bespoke and custom-built for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Stock Sofa Beds: Standard stock items are eligible for a 14-day return window (must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging).

Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the large size of our products, we can arrange a specialized 2-man furniture collection service, and the collection fee will be deducted from your refund.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and contact us at hello@amrisliving.com within 24 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a professional repair, replacement, or refund.

When will I receive my refund? Approved refunds for eligible stock returns are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
