SHIPPING LOCATIONS & RESTRICTIONS This shipping policy applies to orders placed within the United Kingdom. Please note our specific regional delivery zones and coverage restrictions:
- Free Standard Delivery: Strictly available for orders within England and Wales only.
- Excluded Regions: We currently do not cover or deliver to many parts of Scotland and Ireland. If you are located in these regions, please contact our customer support team at hello@amrisliving.com before placing an order to verify if delivery is possible to your specific area.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES & LEAD TIMES Because our furniture products vary in manufacturing requirements, we have two distinct delivery timeframes:
- Made-to-Order Sofas: Most of our sofas are custom crafted-to-order specifically for you. The manufacturing, processing, and delivery lead time for these items is 6 to 8 weeks.
- Stock Sofa Beds: Items currently held in stock (such as specific sofa beds) are processed quickly and typically delivered within 1 to 10 working days.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIME For in-stock items, orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day.
DELIVERY PARTNERS & ARRANGEMENTS To ensure your furniture arrives safely, we work with specialized furniture two-man delivery couriers rather than standard parcel services. Once your item is ready for dispatch, our delivery partner will contact you directly to book a convenient delivery date and time slot.
TRACKING & STATUS UPDATES For stock items, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once shipped. For made-to-order items, our customer support team will provide regular email updates regarding the production status and estimated completion date of your sofa.
DELIVERY DELAYS Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including raw material supply chain disruptions, severe weather conditions, or transport gridlocks. We will always keep you informed if your order requires additional time. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
ADDRESS CHANGES & INCORRECT ADDRESS If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once manufacturing or dispatch has begun, address modifications may not be possible. If a delivery fails or is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, additional re-delivery charges will apply.
