Refund policy
At Amris Living, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations before making a purchase.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS (NON-RETURNABLE) The majority of our sofas are custom manufactured and Made-to-Order specifically according to your choice of fabric, size, and configuration.
- Important Notice: Because these items are bespoke and uniquely crafted for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any Made-to-Order sofas once manufacturing has commenced or after delivery, unless the item arrives structurally damaged or defective.
STOCKS ITEMS RETURN WINDOW (IF ELIGIBLE) For non-customised, standard stock items (such as specific ready-stock sofa beds), we offer a 14-day return window in accordance with UK consumer laws.
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your stock item to request a return.
- To be eligible, the stock item must be completely unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in its original premium packaging.
- CANCELLATIONS
- Made-to-Order/Custom Items: You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations or modifications are strictly not allowed.
- Stock Items: Orders for stock items can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. If the item has already left our warehouse, standard return procedures and collection fees will apply.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES (VERY IMPORTANT) Please inspect your furniture thoroughly upon delivery before signing the courier's delivery note.
- If you notice any transit damage, manufacturing defect, or incorrect item, you must report it to our delivery team immediately or email us at hello@amrisliving.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
- We will investigate promptly and arrange for a professional repair, replacement, or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & ARRANGEMENTS
- For eligible stock returns, customers are responsible for the return costs.
- Due to the large size and heavy weight of our products, you cannot return furniture via standard postal mail. Amris Living can arrange a specialized 2-man furniture collection service. A collection fee (varying by location and item size) will be deducted from your final refund.
- REFUNDS PROCESS Once your eligible stock return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
