Returns Policy – Amris Living Ltd


1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14
calendar days of receiving your goods if the order was placed online, via email, or over the
phone.

Exceptions – You will not be able to cancel or return goods in the following cases:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products (e.g., tailored furniture, bespoke headboards,
beds, or sofas)
- Personalised items
- Goods unsealed and unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Perishable goods
- Clearance or ex-display items, clearly marked as such

To initiate a cancellation, please email hello@amrisliving.com within 14 days of receiving
your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.

2. Collection of Returned Items
If your return is accepted:

- We will arrange collection of the goods from your address via a third-party delivery
company.
- Items must be unused, and in a resalable condition.
- You are responsible for making the goods accessible for pickup on the agreed collection
date.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, collection charges may apply, and these will be
deducted from your refund if applicable.

3. Refunds
Once your items are collected and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 working
days to the original payment method.

Please note: if the goods show signs of use or damage caused by handling beyond what is
necessary to assess them, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty or arrives damaged:

- Report visible damage within 24 hours of delivery
- Report other faults within 14 days of delivery

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Supporting photos (where applicable)

We’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a repair,
replacement, or full refund.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to receive an alternative item, please request
a return and place a new order separately.

6. Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the initial
3-day cancellation window has passed, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
